5. Limitation of Liability, As-Is Warranty & Dispute Resolution
UNCROWN is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or display duration. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid for the disputed transaction, with all indirect, punitive, or consequential damages disclaimed. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis through binding arbitration or competent courts, with class action claims waived.
